盐酸多奈哌齐一水合物是一种中枢作用的可逆性乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制剂。
盐酸多奈哌齐是一种含有有机化合物和非竞争性抑制剂的哌啶类药物。对治疗阿尔茨海默病（其中痴呆为突出症状）有效。已证实多奈哌齐可诱导认知能力和全身功能。其半衰期为 70 小时。
