Mouse C3H/An areolar and adipose tissue

細胞系描述

Derived from normal subcutaneous connective tissue of an adult C3H strain mouse. The cells were treated with 20 methylcholanthrene and produced sarcomas when injected into C3H strain mice.

培養基

DMEM + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).

例行更新培養

Split semi-confluent cultures 1:4 to 1:6 i.e. seeding at 2-4x10,000 cells /cm² using 0.25% trypsin or trypsin/EDTA; 5% CO₂; 37°C.
