一般說明

其抗体(也称为抗α-Sm-1)对α-平滑肌肌动蛋白的单一异构体具有特异性。它在免疫印迹试验中可与α-平滑肌肌动蛋白发生特异性反应,并可在冷冻或福尔马林固定的、或石蜡包埋的组织切片中对平滑肌细胞进行标记。

應用

生化/生理作用
