應用
藻酸盐裂解酶可用于分解藻酸盐或海藻酸,也可用于降低粘度。可用于卵泡分离、包封和培养过程中。
藻酸盐裂解酶已被用于:
- 酶的预处理
- 去封装细胞
- 消化假单胞菌外多糖,以促进电穿孔
生化/生理作用
藻酸盐裂解酶可积极参与酸性多糖的糖化,以生产生物乙醇。
可将藻酸盐或海藻酸分解成小分子并降低粘度。

準備報告
将0.15 ml酶溶液(1 un/ml)加到4.5 ml 0.1%藻酸钠(pH 6.3)中。 37℃孵育30分钟。加入4.65 ml 0.1 N NaOH可终止反应。
