一般說明

MH 肉汤2推荐用于测试食品和临床材料中最常见的好氧和兼性厌氧细菌,用于抗微生物敏感性测试。该培养基具有良好的批次间重复性。磺胺、甲氧苄啶和四环素抑制剂的浓度较低,大部分非苛养性病原菌生长良好。酸水解酪蛋白和牛肉浸膏提供氨基酸和其它含氮物质、矿物质、维生素和碳,以维持微生物的生长。为了以粪肠球菌(Enterococcus faecalis)和磺胺甲唑-甲氧苄啶测定MIC值,氨基酸源中的胸腺嘧啶和胸苷含量必需特别低。淀粉中和了培养基中可能存在的有毒物质,并且对抗生素和微生物的生长有抑制作用。在高压蒸汽灭菌过程中,淀粉水解产生少量葡萄糖,葡萄糖是一种能量来源。添加钙和镁盐是为了调节培养基的离子浓度。

準備報告
