一般說明

Mueller Hinton Agar是专为使用纸片扩散法(Kirby Bauer法)进行抗生素敏感性测试而设计。CLSI基于以下原因推荐其作为抗生素敏感性检测的理想培养基:

  • 它显示出良好的批间重现性
  • 在一些抑制剂(如三甲嘧啶、磺胺类和四环素类)中的含量较低
  • 支持需复杂和不需复杂营养的细菌病原菌的生长。

應用

準備報告

将38 g本品悬浮于1升蒸馏水中,煮沸,完全溶解培养基,在121°C高压灭菌15分钟。
