準備報告

工作浓度:偶联物工作浓度取决于用途和底物。

以下浓度可用作参考:
  • ELISA:用于检测100ng/ml;用于涂层1至5μg/ml
  • 免疫沉淀:0.5至5 μg/ml
  • 蛋白质免疫印迹:50到200 ng/ml

重構

加入0.5ml(11 867 423 001; 50 μg)或2.5ml(11 867 431 001; 500 μg)双蒸馏水,使得终浓度分别为100 μg/ml或200 μg/ml。
