在非变性条件下,通过免疫沉淀、免疫荧光和流式细胞术识别~53 kDa突变型p53蛋白。在变性条件下通过免疫印迹和石蜡切片识别突变型和野生型p53。
该抗p53(Ab-3)(突变体)小鼠mAb(PAb240)经验证可用于FC、冰冻切片、凝胶阻滞、免疫印迹、IF、IP和石蜡切片,以检测p53(Ab-3)(突变体)。
