MILLIPLEX®人体代谢激素面板是一种15种分析物,13重试剂盒,用于同时定量血清、血浆和细胞/组织培养样品中以下分析物的任何或全部:胰淀素(活性)或胰淀素(总计),C肽,胃饥饿素(活性),GIP,GLP-1(活性)或GLP-1(总计),胰高血糖素,IL-6,胰岛素,瘦素,MCP-1,PP,PYY,TNFα。该试剂盒采用96孔板,包含冻干标准混合物、两个内部检测质控品,可最多可测定38份样本,重复两次。
Luminex® xMAP®平台使用磁珠免疫分析格式,以实现理想的速度和灵敏度,同时定量多种分析物,从而显著提高生产力,同时节省宝贵的样本量。

- 分析物:胰淀素(活性)或胰淀素(总计),C肽,胃饥饿素(活性),GIP(总计),GLP-1(活性)、GLP-1(总计),胰高血糖素,IL-6,胰岛素,瘦素,MCP-1(CCL2),胰多肽(PP),PYY(总计),TNF-α
- 注释:不能同时测定以下分析物:胰淀素(活性)& 胰淀素(总计);GLP-1(活性)& GLP-1(总计)。
- 推荐的样品类型:人血清、血浆和细胞/组织培养上清液或裂解液
- 推荐的样品稀释液:每孔25μ L未稀释的血清或血浆;细胞/组织培养样品可以未经稀释使用,也可以用适当的对照培养基稀释使用。注意:以下分析物需要向血清或血浆样品中添加蛋白酶抑制剂(详见方案中的样品采集和储存部分):GLP-1(DPPIV抑制剂);胰淀素(蛋白酶抑制剂混合物);胰高血糖素(抑肽酶);胃饥饿素(活性)(丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂)
