The USP Oligosaccharide System Suitability Mixture C RS comprises N-linked oligosaccharides with bi-, tri-, and tetra-antennary structures, and varying degrees of sialylation with or without fucose, the mixture was released from human α1 acid-glycoprotein using PNGase F.

Application

Oligosaccharide System Suitability Mixture C USP reference standard suitable for use in specified USP compendial tests and assays.

Also used to prepare AB-labeled standard solutions for liquid chromatographic separation.

Additionally, used to separate Bi-, tri-, and tetra-antennary N-linked oligosaccharides with variable sialylation.
