General description

FLUOTRAC 200: 384 flat bottom, non-treated microtiter plate with an optimal working volume of 4-25 μL; maximum well capacity of 28 μL.
Greiner multiwell plates are available in the standard multiwell plate footprint and offer excellent optical properties. These plates are DNAse /RNAse free and non-pyrogenic as deteremined by LAL method (< 0.06 EU/mL). Appropriate for general purposes, such as optical measurements, photography, and microscopy, due to the high transparency of polystyrene plates.

Other Notes

384 flat well microtiter plate, small volume, medium-binding, without lid, rounded square well design, alphanumeric well coding; length: 127.76 +/- 0,15 mm; width: 85.48 +/- 0,15 mm; curvature: approx.150 μm.

Suitability

Black plates minimize background fluorescence. FLUOTRAC 200 binds up to 200 ng/cm2. Free of detectable DNase/RNase, human DNA and pyrogens.
