Endotoxin-Free Dulbecco’s PBS (1X) (w/o Ca++ & Mg++) is sterile filtered through a 0.1 micron filter and is considered endotoxin-free (<0.005 EU/ml).

Application

Endotoxin-Free Dulbecco′s PBS (1X) (w/o Ca++ & Mg++) has been used as a wash buffer during:
  • the isolation of colonic lamina propria cells
  • teratoma formation by induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs)
  • production of elastic porous injectable (EPI) biomaterial from the bulk scaffolds
