General description

The mPAGE® Unstained Protein Standard is a mixture of twelve recombinant unstained proteins ranging from 10kDa to 200kDa. The 85kDa, 25kDa, and 10kDa bands have higher intensity to serve as reference points. mPAGE® Unstained Protein Standard is suitable for molecular weight determination after SDS-PAGE or Western blotting and serves as a standard to calibrate the mobility of prestained markers.

Storage Buffer: 20 mM Tris-phosphate(pH 7.5 at 25°C), 2 % SDS, 0.2 mM Dithiothreitol, 3.6 M Urea, and 15 % (v/v) Glycerol. Load 2.5 to 10 μl per lane.
