General description

Fmoc-Tyr(PO(NMe2)2)-OH is a useful derivative for the synthesis of phosphotyrosine-containing peptides by Fmoc SPPS [1]. As the side-chain phosphate group is fully protected, this derivative is compatible with all coupling methods.Regeneration of phosphotyrosine from the phosphodiamidate is effected by acid catalyzed hydrolysis using 90% aq. TFA.
