General description

Native IgA2 from human myeloma plasma.
Native IgA2 from human myeloma plasma. Human immunoglobulin A2, type λ serum, containing IgA2 as 98% of total IgA. Purified from plasma.

Preparation Note

Prepared from plasma that was shown to be nonreactive for HBsAg and antibodies to HCV and HBc and negative for HIV antibodies by certified tests.

Other Notes

Single arc by immunoelectrophoresis against antiserum to whole human sera. Variables associated with assay conditions will dictate the proper working dilution.
