Application

Lead(II) acetate trihydrate can be used:
  • As a lead precursor to fabricate large area absorber layers of planar inverted perovskite solar cells by blade coating technique.
  • To modify lightweight graphite felt electrodes as current collectors applicable in lead-acid batteries.
  • As a starting material to prepare perovskite lead magnesium niobate (PMN) powder applicable in the manufacturing of actuators, multilayer ceramic capacitors, and electro-optic devices.
  • To prepare PbS quantum dots applicable in the fabrication of hybrid-organic photodetector for X-ray detection.
