General description
Application
- In the conversion of primary and secondary alcohol into aldehydes and ketones using tetrabutylammonium hydrogen sulfate catalyst.
Potassium chromate is also used:
- To prepare magnetoactive compound by reacting with iron(II) sulfate.
- As a reagent in the conversion primary allylic and benzylic halides to aldehydes.
