General description

Chemical structure: tetracycline

Application

Demeclocycline hydrochloride hydrate may be used as an internal standard for the determination of:
  • Oxytetracycline and tetracycline in pig manure samples by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC) coupled to triple quadrupole mass spectrometer equipped with electrospray ionization source (QqQ-ESI-MS/MS) and dynamic multiple reaction monitoring (dMRM) mode of detection.
  • Oxytetracycline hydrochloride in dairy products by UHPLC-QqQ-ESI-MS/MS.
