Anti-DVL2 antibody produced in rabbit, a Prestige Antibody, is developed and validated by the Human Protein Atlas (HPA) project . DVLs (dishevelled segment polarity proteins) are cytoplasmic proteins, which are needed for embryonic development, cell differentiation and tumor formation. They are key players in canonical (β-catenin-dependent) as well as non-canonical Wnt pathways. DVL2 is associated with prostate cancer. The gene DVL2 is mapped to human chromosome 17p13.
