애플리케이션

Anti-TUFM antibody produced in rabbit, a Prestige Antibody, is developed and validated by the Human Protein Atlas (HPA) project . Each antibody is tested by immunohistochemistry against hundreds of normal and disease tissues. These images can be viewed on the Human Protein Atlas (HPA) site by clicking on the Image Gallery link. 생화학적/생리학적 작용

TUFM (Elongation factor Tu - mitochondrial) is a GTPase. It forms a ternary complex with GTP (Guanosine-5′-triphosphate) and aminoacylated (aa)-tRNA and causes binding of the aa-tRNA to the A-site of the ribosome. Mutations in TUFM cause infantile encephalopathy and defective mitochondrial DNA translation.
