Dimethyloctadecy[3-(trimethoxysilyl)propyl]ammonium chloride solution (DTSACl) is a silane coupling reagent.
Dimethyloctadecyl[3-(trimethoxysilyl)propyl]ammonium chloride (DTSACl) is an organosilane which can be used as a silica precursor. It forms an oil soluble solution that can act as an emulsion stabilizer.
애플리케이션
DTSACl functionalized silica nanoparticles incorporated in thermochromic dyes can be used in textile industries. They are also used as quaternary ammonium groups for the modification of nanocelluose/graphene oxide based membranes to be used as stable solid state electrolytes for zinc air batteries.
DTSACl may be used for modification of silica.{61} It was used to functionalize Fe3O4/silica core-shell nanoparticles. {62} DTSACl may be used as a precursor to form silica, 3 and MeMFI zeolite.{63} It acts as a mesopore-generating agent. {64}
