Initiating More Sustainable Practices in Biology - Get Started Now

WEBINAR

Laboratories are renowned for their substantial energy and water consumption, as well as the generation of waste. Therefore, it is essential for laboratories to take the lead in addressing sustainability issues. There are various methods to initiate more sustainable practices into your lab.
In this webinar, we will lead you through practical examples and present greener alternatives, demonstrating how these choices can contribute to the reduction of your lab’s environmental footprint. We will highlight products for common biology applications like the newly launched mPAGE® LUX system for fast and safe electrophoresis gel preparation, GenElute™-E for DNA extraction and purification in just 1 spin, Stericup®-E for sterile filtration and ZooMAb® recombinant antibodies for diverse biology applications such as Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and flow cytometry.
Learn how simple changes can significantly reduce your lab's environmental impact without compromising efficiency and quality of your research.

What you will learn:

  • The importance of addressing sustainability in biology labs and its impact on waste generation
