Immunogen

synthetic peptide corresponding to human Msx1 (amino acids 42-52), conjugated to BSA.

Application

Applications in which this antibody has been used successfully, and the associated peer-reviewed papers, are given below.
Chromatin immunoprecipitation (1 paper)

Target description

Msx1 encodes a member of the muscle segment homeobox gene family. The encoded protein functions as a transcriptional repressor during embryogenesis through interactions with components of the core transcription complex and other homeoproteins.
