Lactalbumin enzymatic hydrolysate (LAH) is derived from the enzymatic digest of lactalbumin, often used in culture media. LAH contains a mixture of highly-soluble peptides and amino acids.

Application

Suitable for use as nutritional source in fermentations and microbial media. It is also suitable as a supplement for eukaryotic cell culture medium.
