General description
AccutaseXL is a lyophilized form of Accutase with extended stability. AccutaseXL, once reconstituted, will make 500ml of complete 1X Accutase solution. Note: read detailed reconstitution protocol found in the product datasheet before using this product.

Activity Assay: 500-20 units/ml (1 unit will release 1 µmole pNA from SUCR-pNA per minute at 37˚C)

Physical form
Storage and Stability
Once reconstituted in water, liquid Accutase can be aliquoted and frozen at -20°C for 2 years or stored for 2 months at 4°C. It is recommended to thaw liquid Accutase at 4°C overnight or in a bath of cool water.
