Anti-MMP-1 Antibody, a.a. 332-350 hMMP1, clone 41-1E5 detects level of MMP-1 & has been published & validated for use in ELISA, IH(P) & WB.
Immunoblotting:

Immunohistochemistry on PLP fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues 5-20μg/ml. PLP fixation required for best results. Antibody also reacts with frozen tissues. Reactivity on tradional formalin fixed tissue is poor. Microwave antigen retrieval is recommended
