Application

Azo biotin-azide is a linker that contains a biotin moiety connected to an azide group through a spacer arm containing a diazo group that can be cleaved with 50 mM sodium dithionite solution. The biotin can be captured by streptavidin and the azide can react with terminal or strained alkynes.
