GRAM domain-containing protein 1B (GRAMD1) is a membrane protein and a part of the GRAM-domain containing family of proteins. It is expressed in the CNS, dendritic cells and neutrophils.

Applicazioni

Anti-GRAMD1B antibody produced in rabbit, a Prestige Antibody, is developed and validated by the Human Protein Atlas (HPA) project . Azioni biochim/fisiol

GRAMD1B has been implicated in chemoresistance and elevated levels of this protein have been observed in taxane-resistant ovarian cancer cells.
