生化／生理作用

具有抗真菌活性的核苷类似物。 5-FC由胞嘧啶脱氨基酶脱氨，可产生5-氟尿嘧啶，导致RNA密码错编。 5-氟尿嘧啶可抑制DNA和RNA的合成，干扰核糖体蛋白质合成。
