一般說明

分散SPE法,通常也是指"QuEChERS” 方法(快速,简便,便宜,有效,耐用和安全),是一种现代样本准备技术,正在越来越多地被用在食品和农业产品多残基杀虫剂分析领域。

使用QuEChERS方法,食品/农产品样本首先在水溶性溶剂(比如乙腈),在高盐(比如氯化钠和硫酸镁)和或者缓冲试剂(比如柠檬酸盐)存在下,进行提取。高盐能够引起液相分离,而缓冲试剂能够稳定酸碱不稳定杀虫剂。 在摇晃和离心之后,有机相部分就进一步用SPE清洁。 和传统的SPE管方法不同,在分散SPE中,清洁需要混合大量的SPE(比如Supelclean PSA, ENVI-Carb, 和或者Discovery DSC-18)和提取物。 在样本清洁后,混合物经过离心,得到的上清可以直接分析,或者在分析前需要很少的处理。

Supelco有一系列的管和离心管,含有预置量的盐和SPE吸附剂,能够支持现今最常用的方法。

与 QuEChERS LC-MS 方法的传统相相比,Supel QuE Z-Sep + 可有效去除样本萃取物中更多的脂肪和颜色,从而提高样本对复杂基质的清除能力。通过消除有问题的基质干扰,Z-Sep 产品提供了更稳健的 LC-MS 方法。这种专有技术可以替代当前方法中的C18和PSA,无需额外的方法开发。
