雷公藤内酯是一种二萜三环氧化物,是中草药雷公藤(Tripterygium wilfordii) (TwHF)提取物中的主要活性成分 。它是一种有效的免疫抑制剂和抗炎药。雷公藤内酯已被证明在嘌呤盒/核因子和NF-κB介导的转录激活水平上抑制活化T细胞中IL-2的表达。它与环孢菌素A协同可促进动物模型中的移植物的存活,和抑制同种异体骨髓移植中的移植物抗宿主病。此外,它可诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡,并可部分通过抑制c-IAP2和c-IAP1,来增强肿瘤坏死因子(TNFα)诱导的细胞凋亡。
