受体相互作用丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶1(RIPK1)基因位于人染色体6p25.2上。属于RIPK家族。RIPK1是一种坏死性凋亡调节蛋白。它由N端激酶结构域、RIP同型相互作用基序和C端死亡结构域组成。

生化/生理作用

受体相互作用丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶1(RIPK1)参与炎症信号转导和促存活(prosurvival)。还参与调节半胱天冬酶8介导的细胞凋亡。RIPK1在活化B细胞核因子κ-轻链增强子(NF-κB)和丝裂原激活蛋白(MAP)激酶的激活中发挥作用。其基因突变与损伤的固有和适应性免疫关联。还可导致极早发型炎症性肠病(VEO-IBDs)。
受体相互作用丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶1(RIPK1)可调节细胞生存和死亡。还在炎症中起作用。
