生化/生理作用

耐药性机制:嘌呤霉素乙酰转移酶是有效的抗性基因。

抗菌谱:该产品对革兰氏阳性微生物有活性,对耐酸杆菌的活性较低,对革兰氏阴性微生物的活性更低。 嘌呤霉素可以防止细菌、原生动物、藻类和哺乳动物细胞的生长,并且起效迅速,可在 2 天内杀死 99% 的细胞。
