蛋白酶K-琼脂糖被用于分离蛋白质和核酸、修饰酶和固定酶。蛋白酶K-琼脂糖已被用于研究家犬的肺炎克雷伯菌(肺炎克雷伯菌)和多房棘球绦虫(Echinococcus multilocularis)感染。

生化/生理作用
