生化/生理作用
铜绿假单胞菌外毒素A由铜绿假单胞菌分泌,具有较强的细胞毒性作用。外毒素A通过受体介导的内吞作用进入细胞,转运到细胞质,通过ADP核糖化因子2抑制蛋白质合成。嵌合外毒素A在各种疾病的基因治疗和可能的癌症治疗中都有应用。

本产品是含有15 mM 叠氮化钠防腐剂的液体。
儲存和穩定性
如需连续使用,可在2-8 °C保存至多一月。对于更长期的存储,可对溶液进行等分并冷冻保存。不建议反复冻融。不建议在无霜冰箱中储存。如果长期储存后发生轻微浑浊,请在使用前通过离心澄清溶液。
