準備報告
该混合物以溶于二甲基亚砜的透明溶液形式提供。推荐按每500 mg来自组织或细胞提取的蛋白采用1 mL的混合物对其稀释。 通常使用1%（v/v）的终浓度，其可抑制存在于人胎盘和牛肝27,000 × g上清液以及A431、CHO和U937提取物100,000 × g上清液中的磷酸酶活性。
