一般說明
肌酸酐是肌酸非酶促脱水生成的。肌酸酐以恒定的速率产生,通过肾小球过滤排出体外。肾功能降低会影响肌酸酐被肾脏过滤的速度,因此可以用来检测肾功能。肾功能减低会导致血清肌酸酐水平升高,因为无法通过排尿清除肌酸酐。小鼠体重变化,怀孕或使用血管紧张素抑制物或血管紧张素受体拮抗剂都会影响肌酸酐水平。
應用
肌酸酐分析试剂盒可以用于检测样本中肌酸酐浓度。
適合性
适用于细胞和组织培养物上清,血清,血浆,尿液和其他生物体液。
原則
在此分析中,肌酸酐浓度是由偶联酶反应确定,生成的比色(570nm)/荧光(λex = 535em/λ = 587 nm)产物和肌酸酐成正比。
