生化／生理作用
PCDH7（原钙粘蛋白7）编码钙粘蛋白超家族的原钙粘蛋白。它主要在大脑皮层神经元中表达。Pcdh7通过促进细胞-细胞融合而在破骨细胞生成中发挥重要作用。研究表明，PCDH7表达上调在乳腺癌骨转移中起着重要作用。
