生化／生理作用
人AB血清通常是通过全血自然凝结而获取，称为Off-The-Clot (OTC) 血清。由凝结全血获取的人血清是首选的血清材料，因为它通常含有较高浓度的更加多样化的生长因子，可实现最优的细胞生长。来自AB 血型供体的人血清没有A型和B型血抗原的特异性抗体。这一特性令其成为通用的供体血清，适用于各种细胞培养，包括人干细胞系。
包裝
由于产品包装瓶供应不足，不同批次产品的包装可能不同。瓶盖是否包裹热缩膜不会影响产品的完整性/无菌性。
警告
ELISA 检测每位捐献者的乙型&和丙型肝炎无反应，对人类免疫缺陷病毒 (HIV) 抗体无反应。然而，应将人源产品视为潜在传染性产品并进行相应处理。
