衰老细胞组织化学染色试剂盒含有鉴定衰老细胞所需的所有试剂,测试基于pH 6下ß-半乳糖苷酶活性的组织化学染色。ß-衰老细胞中的半乳糖苷酶活性是可检测的,靜止細胞、永生细胞或肿瘤细胞则无法检测。
衰老细胞组织化学染色试剂盒含有鉴定衰老细胞所需的所有试剂,测试基于pH 6下β-半乳糖苷酶活性的组织化学染色。β-衰老细胞中的半乳糖苷酶活性是可检测的,靜止細胞、永生细胞或肿瘤细胞则无法检测。细胞衰老是一系列事件的进展,细胞借此由活跃分裂转为不分裂期。细胞衰老过程和老化相关。细胞分裂的减少几乎是不可逆的、完全的。除了丧失分裂能力外,细胞的形态学、形状和物理外观,以及它们的基因表达模式也发生变化。在该过程的结束时,细胞常常死亡,尽管细胞可能仍长期保持活力。
