Susceptible to Feline leukaemia virus. There is the possibility of low level secretion of Feline endogenous retrovirus (RD 114). The cells should be handled under laboratory containment level 2.

培養基

DMEM + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).

例行更新培養

Split sub-confluent cultures (70-80%) 1:4 to 1:5 i.e. seeding at 2-4x10,000 cells/cm² using 0.25% trypsin; 5% CO₂; 37°C.
