例行更新培養

Optimal split ratio 1:4-1:6 (seeding density 0.8 x 10⁴ cells/cm²). Cells incubated at 37°C with 5% CO₂. Harvest the cells using 0.05% Trypsin/EDTA at 37°C for 5-10 min.
