一般說明
C1q与C1r、C1s以1:2:2的比例形成C1复合物,它是经典补体途径的第一组分。C1q由18条多肽链(六个A、六个B、六个C)组成(MW 460 kDa)。它们都含有一个由靠近N-末端的(Gly-Xaa-Yaa)重复序列组成的81-aa胶原样区域。三条链(A1B1C1)形成一个三螺旋,C端形成球状头部,其在结构和功能上可能是不同的结构域。
應用
补体成分C1q是血小板活化的重要调节因子。这一直是一个研究课题,因为血小板白细胞聚集在炎性疾病(如冠心病)中发挥着重要作用。特别是,C1q可抑制胶原蛋白诱导的聚集,提高活性氧(ROS)的产生。
生化/生理作用
