IgG(免疫球蛋白 G)抗体亚型是免疫系统中含量最高的血清免疫球蛋白。它由B细胞分泌,存在于血液和细胞外液中。哺乳动物IgG具有四个亚类:IgG1、IgG2a、IgG2b和IgG2c。
抗-狗IgG抗血清相对于正常的狗血清和狗IgG的特异性,可在偶联之前通过免疫电泳测定。

應用

兔源抗狗IgG(全分子)过氧化物酶抗体可用于:
  • Noro病毒的ELISA(酶联免疫检测)检测(1:2000稀释,37°C下孵育一小时)
  • IgG(免疫球蛋白 G)染色法
  • ELISA测定,检测RVGTM(狂犬病病毒G蛋白质变体)结合情况

生化/生理作用

IgG(免疫球蛋白 G)抗体可防止细菌、真菌和病毒引起的感染。母体IgG可通过胎盘转移至胎儿,胎盘对新生儿免疫防御感染至关重要。抗狗IgG抗体是一种二抗。二抗针对一抗,一抗可与特定抗原结合形成抗原抗体复合物。
