應用
EAC以25mg/ml溶解于水。因为是纤溶酶抑制剂，它被用在纤维蛋白酶分析凝血缓冲液。缓冲液是10mM磷酸钾和磷酸钠，pH6.4，再加上0.20gCaCl2, 5g 6-氨基己酸，1g叠氮化钠和9g氯化钠，都溶解在1升体系里。缓冲液在室外下无限期稳定。
生化／生理作用
EACA被报道能够抑制糜蛋白酶、因子VIIA、赖氨酸碳氧基肽酶、纤溶酶，纤溶酶原激活物。
