圣草酚是一种能掩盖苦味的膳食类黄酮,主要由北美圣草(Eriodictyon californicum)和毛建草(Dracocephalum rupestre)提取,但也存在于许多柑橘类水果、药用植物和蔬菜中。
應用
圣草酚还可用于从肥大细胞脱颗粒和神经酰胺激酶活性方面研究其抑制IgE/Ag诱导I型超敏反应的机制。它也可用于通过激活Nrf2/ARE信号通路研究其潜在的抗糖尿病和神经保护活性。
生化/生理作用
圣草酚在体内吸收缓慢,在血浆和尿液中以共轭形式的高圣草酚存在。它具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗癌、抗糖尿病、抗肥胖、神经保护、心脏保护和肝脏保护等多种药理作用。
