胰蛋白酶是一种丝氨酸蛋白酶,可特异性水解赖氨酸及精氨酸残基的羧基侧的多肽键。该款修饰后的胰蛋白酶经过甲苯磺酰基-L-氨基联苯氯甲基酮 (TPCK) 处理,可使外源性糜蛋白酶失活。每个包装含8个小瓶,每瓶含25 μg。

生化/生理作用
N-对-对甲苯磺酰基-L-苯丙氨酸氯甲基酮(TPCK) 可用作糜蛋白酶的不可逆抑制剂。胰蛋白酶诱导人纤维细胞分化。胰蛋白酶被广泛用于蛋白质组学中的蛋白质样品消化。在细胞培养中,进行胰蛋白酶消化是为了使贴壁细胞彼此分开并离开培养容器壁。
