準備報告

将 51.25 g 溶解在 1 升蒸馏水中并加入 1 ml Tween® 80(货号 P8074)。加热煮沸至完全溶解培养基。装入容器并通过121°C高压灭菌15 分钟进行灭菌。在 35°C 下孵育培养物最多3天,或在30°C下最多孵育 5 天。如果可能,在富含二氧化碳的厌氧罐中孵育培养物。
