一般說明
原癌基因fos与细胞的生长,分化和发育有关。Fos是由大量刺激物诱导的,包括有丝分裂原,分化特异性药物,药理药物等。62,000道尔顿fos蛋白的诱导是快速但短暂的。fos蛋白与39,000道尔顿蛋白相关,该蛋白已被鉴定为jun原癌基因(c-jun)的蛋白产物。Fos/Jun蛋白复合物与DNA中称为AP-1结合位点的序列元件特异性结合。
可识别HepG2、NIH3T3和MCF-7细胞中的~50-62 kDa c-Fos蛋白。
