一般說明

血管生成是新血管网络的发展,是正常生长和发育以及伤口愈合的关键过程,通过血管生成因子和抑制剂的微妙平衡来维持体内平衡。因此,血管生长不足或过度是许多疾病的基础,包括心血管疾病、糖尿病性溃疡、黄斑变性和癌症。血管生成在肿瘤生长和转移中起重要作用。

MILLIPLEX®小鼠血管生成/生长因子组套是一种24-Plex(用于血清/血浆)或27-Plex(用于细胞培养)试剂盒,用于同时定量以下分析物:血管生成素2、G-CSF、sFasL、sAlk-1、双调蛋白、瘦素、IL-1b、β细胞素、EGF、IL-6、内皮糖蛋白、内皮素-1、FGF-2、卵泡抑素、HGF、PECAM-1、IL-17、PLGF-2、KC、MCP-1、催乳素、MIP-1a、SDF-1、VEGF-C、VEGF-D、VEGF-A和TNFα。该试剂盒采用96孔板,包含冻干标准混合物、两个内部检测对照品,最多可测量38份样品,一式两份。

Luminex® xMAP®平台使用磁珠免疫分析格式,以实现理想的速度和灵敏度,同时定量多种分析物,从而显著提高生产力,同时节省有价值的样品量。

  • 分析物:sALK-1、双调蛋白、血管生成素-2、β细胞素、sCD31/sPECAM-1、EGF、内皮糖蛋白、内皮素-1、sFasL、FGF-2(FGF-碱性)、卵泡抑素(FST)、G-CSF、HGF、IL-1β、IL-6、IL-17A(CTLA8)、KC(GRO/CINC-1/CXCL1)、瘦素、MCP-1(CCL2)、MIP-1α(CCL3)、胎盘生长因子2(PLGF-2)、催乳素、SDF-1(CXCL12)、TNF-α、VEGF-A、VEGF-C、VEGF-D
  • 注释:不应在血清/血浆样品中运行血管生成素-2、β细胞素和PECAM-1
  • 建议的样品类型:小鼠血清、血浆或组织/细胞培养上清液或裂解物
  • 建议的样品稀释度:每孔25 μL稀释的血清或血浆;细胞/组织培养样品可能需要在适当的对照培养基中稀释
  • 分析运行时间:在2-8°C下过夜(16-20小时)
